Cheating story generator
A cheating story generator writes affairs and infidelity as fiction — the secrecy, the guilt, and the wanting that outlasts both.
Affair stories work because of what's at stake outside the room. The lie, the phone face-down, the coming home — that's the genre. Written as pure hookup it's flat; written with the rest of the life still running underneath, every ordinary moment gets loaded. SecretPen keeps the life in frame.

Three openings to steal

The conference
Same hotel, same fourth week of the quarter, four years running. We've never once discussed what this is, and this year he books the room before the agenda is even out.

Her husband likes me
He's a genuinely good man and he thinks I'm a good friend, and last week he asked me to help plan her birthday. I said yes. I am still saying yes to everything.

Phone face-down
It started as one message. Tonight my wife asks, entirely innocently, why I've started turning my phone over, and I hear myself produce a perfectly good explanation without any pause at all.

What makes Cheating land
- The mundane is where the tension lives — a text at the wrong moment, a shared calendar.
- Guilt should be real and lose anyway. Guilt that wins ends the story.
- Decide what the marriage actually is. Unhappy, fine, or good is three different stories.
How far it goes
Affairs, one-night lapses, long-running arrangements, cheating with a friend, a colleague, a neighbour, a spouse's sibling; the almost-caught scene, the confession scene, the coming-home scene, and the version where the marriage is genuinely good and that's what makes it unbearable. SecretPen keeps the rest of the life running underneath — the phone face-down, the shared calendar, the lie told well — because that's where the whole charge of infidelity fiction comes from. All characters are adults.
How it works
01
Say it in one line
One sentence is enough. Who's in the room, and what has already been decided between them.
02
Set the dial
Tone, heat, point of view, length. Or skip it — the defaults are tuned for people who'd rather just read.
03
Keep going
Chapter one arrives in seconds. Steer the next one, change your mind, or let it run.
Nobody else reads this.
SecretPen has no public feed, no community rankings, and no way for one reader to see another's stories. Whatever you write here stays in your account — that's the whole point of the name.
Start writing →Questions
- Does the affair have to end badly?
- No. Say "nobody finds out" and SecretPen won't impose a moral ending. It also won't lecture you mid-scene, which is what most general AI does with this genre.
- Can I write it from the wronged partner's side?
- Yes, and it's a strong angle — the discovery, or the long stretch of suspecting. Say whose head you want to be in.
- Is any of this public?
- No. SecretPen has no public feed, no community rankings and no sharing — there is no mechanism by which one reader can see another reader's stories. Everything you write stays in your account.
- How explicit does it get?
- As explicit as you ask for. There is no fade to black and no lecture. The only limits are the hard lines in our content guidelines: everyone is an adult, nobody real, nothing illegal.
- Do I have to pay to try it?
- No. You can write your first story free. Paid plans exist for people who write a lot of them.
