Terms of service

These terms govern your use of SecretPen (secretpen.net). By creating an account or generating a story, you agree to them.

1. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 and of the age of majority where you live. By using SecretPen you represent that you are. We terminate accounts that misrepresent their age.

2. The service

SecretPen turns your prompts into original erotic fiction. Stories are works of imagination, not statements of fact about anyone. Output quality is not guaranteed, and identical prompts can produce different results.

3. Acceptable use

You must not request or attempt to generate content that violates our content guidelines, including any sexual content involving minors, bestiality, or content that is otherwise illegal. Attempts are logged, may lead to account termination, and may be reported where the law requires.

4. Your stories

You own the stories you generate, to the extent permitted by law. We claim no rights over them beyond what is needed to store and show them to you. They stay private to your account — never published, shared, or used for advertising — and we disclose them only if the law compels us.

5. Ink, subscriptions, and billing

• Ink is a virtual credit with no cash value; it is not redeemable, transferable, or refundable except where required by law.
• Subscriptions bill through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Monthly plans bill every month; yearly plans bill once for the whole year, up front.
• Ink refills daily: once per day (UTC) your balance is topped up to your plan's daily amount, on every plan, yearly ones included. One-time bonus Ink granted at subscription sits on top and is spent before refills resume. Plan changes mid-term are prorated.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings. Paid daily refills stop at the end of the paid period; any remaining balance stays spendable, and your account returns to the free daily refill.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which deletes your account and stories. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; no refunds are owed for terminations caused by guideline violations.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
