Age gap story generator
An age gap story generator writes romance and desire across a wide gap between two adults — experience against appetite.
Age gap stories are about asymmetry: one person has done this before and one hasn't, and both know it. The friction is in what that does to the balance of the room — who is being careful, and who resents being handled. SecretPen writes both sides of that, which is what keeps it from turning into a lecture.

Twenty-two years
He works it out at dinner, does the arithmetic out loud, and then says the number back to me as though checking I've noticed. I have been noticing for a month.

Don't be careful
She keeps checking whether I'm sure, and somewhere around the fourth time I tell her — with more force than I intended — to stop treating me like I wandered in by accident.

The song
A song comes on that she danced to at a wedding the year I was born. She tells me that, watching my face for the reaction, and is visibly disappointed when I'm not remotely put off.

What makes Age gap land
- Name the numbers. Vagueness makes it mush; specificity makes it charged.
- The younger one should push back against being managed. That's where the heat is.
- Different reference points — music, technology, the year something happened — are free texture.
How far it goes
Wide age gaps between adults in both directions: older woman and younger man, older man and younger woman, same-sex pairings, workplace and academic settings, second marriages, reunions years later, and the whole set of stories about being handled too carefully. SecretPen writes the asymmetry of experience honestly, including the younger partner's resentment at being managed — which is usually where the actual heat is.
How it works
01
Say it in one line
One sentence is enough. Who's in the room, and what has already been decided between them.
02
Set the dial
Tone, heat, point of view, length. Or skip it — the defaults are tuned for people who'd rather just read.
03
Keep going
Chapter one arrives in seconds. Steer the next one, change your mind, or let it run.
Nobody else reads this.
SecretPen has no public feed, no community rankings, and no way for one reader to see another's stories. Whatever you write here stays in your account — that's the whole point of the name.
Start writing →Questions
- How wide can the gap be?
- As wide as you like, with both characters adults. Naming the actual numbers makes the story much sharper than leaving it vague.
- Can the younger one be in charge?
- Yes. Experience and authority aren't the same thing, and a younger dominant partner with an older submissive one is a genuinely good, under-written dynamic.
- Is any of this public?
- No. SecretPen has no public feed, no community rankings and no sharing — there is no mechanism by which one reader can see another reader's stories. Everything you write stays in your account.
- How explicit does it get?
- As explicit as you ask for. There is no fade to black and no lecture. The only limits are the hard lines in our content guidelines: everyone is an adult, nobody real, nothing illegal.
- Do I have to pay to try it?
- No. You can write your first story free. Paid plans exist for people who write a lot of them.
