What makes Roleplay land

How far it goes
Couples playing strangers at a bar, boss and employee, doctor and patient, interview scenarios, delivery-driver setups, teacher and adult student, arranged-marriage and captive fantasies, and the second-layer version where one of them means something they were only supposed to be performing. - Can the roleplay break mid-scene?
- Yes, and it's the best beat in the genre. Ask for "one line that's genuinely true, and neither of them acknowledges it."
- Do both characters have to stay in character?
- Not at all. A partner who keeps corpsing, or who is very bad at their accent, makes a warmer and funnier story than two flawless performers.
- Is any of this public?
- No. SecretPen has no public feed, no community rankings and no sharing — there is no mechanism by which one reader can see another reader's stories. Everything you write stays in your account.
- How explicit does it get?
- As explicit as you ask for. There is no fade to black and no lecture. The only limits are the hard lines in our content guidelines: everyone is an adult, nobody real, nothing illegal.
- Do I have to pay to try it?
