Dune fanfiction generator
A Dune fanfiction generator writes the Imperium — spice, prophecy, breeding programmes, and desire that is always also a political move.
In Dune nothing is only personal. A marriage is a House alliance, an attraction is possibly a Bene Gesserit calculation made ninety years ago, and prophecy means someone in the room has already seen how this ends. SecretPen writes desire as strategy, because in this universe it always is.

Ninety years ago
She tells me, without any apparent discomfort, that this attraction was planned by her order before either of our grandmothers was born, and asks whether that changes anything for me.

Water debt
In the sietch a debt of water is a formal thing, and I owe her one, and neither of us has raised the manner in which it might be settled.

I have seen this
The spice showed me tonight already, in nine different versions, and in seven of them I say nothing — and I have decided to find out what the other two look like.

What makes Dune land
- Nothing is only personal. Every attraction is also a political instrument.
- The Bene Gesserit breeding programme makes attraction itself suspect.
- Prescience means somebody has already seen this happen. Write that dread.
How far it goes
Arrakis and the Imperium, House Atreides, Harkonnen and Corrino, the Fremen and sietch life, the Bene Gesserit and their programme, the Spacing Guild and Mentats, spice and prescience. Ships across Paul and Chani, Duncan, Bene Gesserit pairings, rare pairs and x-reader. Tropes including political marriage, prophecy and fate, breeding-programme arrangements, water discipline and desert survival. Every character is an adult.
How it works
01
Say it in one line
One sentence is enough. Who's in the room, and what has already been decided between them.
02
Set the dial
Tone, heat, point of view, length. Or skip it — the defaults are tuned for people who'd rather just read.
03
Keep going
Chapter one arrives in seconds. Steer the next one, change your mind, or let it run.
Nobody else reads this.
SecretPen has no public feed, no community rankings, and no way for one reader to see another's stories. Whatever you write here stays in your account — that's the whole point of the name.
Start writing →Questions
- Books or films?
- Either — name which. The films compress considerably and the books go much further into the Bene Gesserit and the later generations.
- Does prescience feature?
- Yes, and it's the strangest thing this canon offers — knowing how a scene ends while you're in it changes everything about how it's written.
- Is any of this public?
- No. SecretPen has no public feed, no community rankings and no sharing — there is no mechanism by which one reader can see another reader's stories. Everything you write stays in your account.
- How explicit does it get?
- As explicit as you ask for. There is no fade to black and no lecture. The only limits are the hard lines in our content guidelines: everyone is an adult, nobody real, nothing illegal.
- Do I have to pay to try it?
- No. You can write your first story free. Paid plans exist for people who write a lot of them.
