Dragons story generator
A dragon story generator writes draconic romance — hoards, shifts, size problems, and something enormous being careful.
Dragons bring three good kinks in one package: size, transformation and possessiveness. A creature that hoards, that can wear a human shape when it chooses, and that has decided you belong in the hoard. SecretPen writes the hoard logic seriously — being collected is the fantasy, and it's a specific one.

Three openings to steal
Click one and it lands in the desk, already typed. Change any word you like — it's a starting line, not a script.
In the hoard
It shows me the hoard on the second night — gold, books, three centuries of things — and then explains, without any apparent sense of how this sounds, where I have been placed within it.

Which shape
It can wear either and it asks me, politely and with real interest, which one I would prefer for this, and I discover I have absolutely no idea how to answer.

The bond
The rider's bond is supposed to be practical. Nobody warned me that it runs in both directions, or that it does not distinguish between kinds of wanting.

What makes Dragons land
- Hoarding is characterisation. What it collects, and where you rank in it.
- The shift is a choice. Which form it chooses, and when, says everything.
- Something that could end you being careful is the emotional core.
How far it goes
Dragon shifters in human and draconic form, dragon riders and bonded pairs, hoards and treasure logic, mate bonds, courtship rituals invented for the species, size-difference and macro variants, breeding and egg framings, and dragons who have been alive so long that human urgency amuses them. Every character has a mind; consent is explicit.
How it works
01
Say it in one line
One sentence is enough. Who's in the room, and what has already been decided between them.
02
Set the dial
Tone, heat, point of view, length. Or skip it — the defaults are tuned for people who'd rather just read.
03
Keep going
Chapter one arrives in seconds. Steer the next one, change your mind, or let it run.
Nobody else reads this.
SecretPen has no public feed, no community rankings, and no way for one reader to see another's stories. Whatever you write here stays in your account — that's the whole point of the name.
Start writing →Questions
- Human form, dragon form, or both?
- Any of them, and the choice is worth making explicit. A dragon that chooses its shape for the occasion is a much better character than one stuck in either.
- Does it write size and anatomy differences?
- Yes, in as much detail as you want, including macro variants. It won't gesture vaguely at what it just described.
- Is any of this public?
- No. SecretPen has no public feed, no community rankings and no sharing — there is no mechanism by which one reader can see another reader's stories. Everything you write stays in your account.
- How explicit does it get?
- As explicit as you ask for. There is no fade to black and no lecture. The only limits are the hard lines in our content guidelines: everyone is an adult, nobody real, nothing illegal.
- Do I have to pay to try it?
- No. You can write your first story free. Paid plans exist for people who write a lot of them.

Every character SecretPen writes is a consenting adult. See our content guidelines for the lines that never move.
